If you do not have the Conference at all, follow these instructions:

**Important Note**: This is a safe website download and before downloading the Conference room software, disable your firewall until after downloading the software and enable your firewall after install. Save this download to your computer in My Documents, For additional room additions, choose Run for the room to be added to the existing rooms software.

Below are the Link Tabs for downloading the different Video conference Rooms. These rooms are not chat rooms, but real life Video Conferencing Rooms. One room has been converted to a live chat room with VOIP audio and webcam capabilities.

If you have downloaded more than one room? After downloading both rooms, use the pulldown arrow on the signin form to select the room you wish to enter. Enter the password for that room and click ok. ** DO NOT PUT A CHECK MARK IN THE MODERATOR BOX** If you get a password error, check to see if you have entered the correct room and try again.

It would help if you hook your mic and cam up, but a microphone & a photo will do. The Mic is really all that is necessary
